When I go to the gym with my workout partner and he says he can’t do anymoreI tell him I have a gun to his head, and I’m going to shoot…And he does another rep. Adopt that urgency into other areas of your life and see the results.

One of the best things I teach my clients mindset wise, is to detach from the business emotionally. Business is often a rollercoaster, the last thing you need is yourself being one too. Developing a mindset of indifference has worked wonders for me and others. - Leadflow down this week- People leaving negative comments- Getting restricted on a platform - A piece of content gets no leads- Prospects ghosting after scheduling callsThese are all micro problems which people turn into macro ones. Even 7 and 8 figure businesses face these problems If these become a trend, absolutely, fix them. But until then continue on and don’t let these minor things throw you off track. As long as the main tasks are done repeatedly, you will gain momentum and get results.

When it comes to content, less is not more. Many people will preach this, But imagine…You’re putting out one piece of content, on a single platform. To keep the numbers simple, let’s say you have 1,000 friends/followersIn general, the algorithm will only show your content to at best 10% of your audience. So that’s a potential 100 eyeballs on your stuff. And from there, how many actually don’t just glance, but actually consume it?From there, how many engageAnd then how many become a lead? You can see the number will be quite small. Now even without creating extra content, what if you had that same piece of content (optimized) and posted across 5 platforms? All things considered equal, with the same 1,000 friends/followers, that’s 500 potential exposures instead of 100And 4 additional chances for new people to find your content. And 4 more chances for something to hit with a different audience. This also should result in 5x more leadsEven if it doesn’t, and it gives you 2-3x, that’s still more results for the same amount of effort. But Kay, shouldn’t I build deep on one platform?Yes, if you’re talking about a more nurtured audience, but when it comes to top of funnel content it’s more like a billboard to attract new people in, and nurture relationships. If you could have a billboard with your ad in 1 location in the city, or 5 locations for the same money, which would you choose?I hope you’d say 5.That’s exactly what you can do with becoming omnipresent with your content. And it’s not just a nice to have, by not doing it you’re leaving money on the table each and every month. Some of your target market are on different platforms, use those more often, or just won’t be served your content on the platform that you originally create it on. And while one platform was enough in the past, with attention spans being lower than ever, the more places you can be in the better. And there’s a way to do this, without using automation software that could get you banned, and take you no more extra time than what you’re currently spending to grow on each of those platforms. And when done right, the content will continue to produce you leads for months and years to come instead of just dying off like most content. For many people this can get overwhelming to keep track of, be consistent, and deal with all the leadsThat’s why we help you do it in no extra time than what you’re already spending. If you want my help installing this system into your business, generating 100+ leads per week, nurturing all the leads on autopilot, and resulting in 10-20 extra booked calls on your calendar per week Shoot me a DM and I’ll send you all the details to see if and how it would be a fit to install this into your business.

A client just messaged me these words:“And what's weird is I've worked with a bunch of coaches in the past and I've never had this much momentum so fast.”That’s why I do what I do. 😎

As a coach you’re paid for 2 things- Increasing results for clients- Decreasing time for them to get resultsDo those and you will be paid handsomely.Fail to do those and you won’t.

Usually the best strategy to get results is to do the thing that makes the most impact first. I hate going to the gym first thing in the morning. I don’t like waking up, getting ready, working out on an empty stomach, I feel weaker during the early part of the day, haven’t even washed my face yet…But I do it because it’s the easiest way to ensure it gets done. The longer the day goes on, the more likely it is that something will come up. Personal, family, business, life happens. But when I stick to this schedule, I can rest assured that it gets done. I’ll sacrifice a little bit of performance, for a lot more consistency any day. I do the same in my business. I get the hardest things out of the way first. Big projects like creating trainings, new marketing campaigns, content filming. Get the big needle movers out of the way first and watch your results skyrocket. 🚀

You will feel ill, you will get busy, you will have social gatherings, you will have sick parents and children, you will have family members pass away, you will have religious obligations to attend, you will have legal battles, you will have unexpected bills, you will have self doubts, your car will break down, you’ll have weddings to attend, you’ll have your heart broken…It’s the people who can get things done despite all these who will win. Everyone else will lose.

One of the best methods to attract leads is to give everything awaySo many entrepreneurs are scared that people will take the knowledge, do it themselves, and won’t hire them.If there’s anything I‘ve noticed it’s that no matter how much you give away, people won’t do it anyway. I give away our exact road map to consistent $100k+ months for free, and still no one does it. Instead, many people consume the information, a certain amount of people reach out, pay us, and then we do it with them. People are inherently lazy, they don’t want to do it themselves, they just want to see that you know what you’re doing before they hire you.

I had dinner with a friend the other night. We’ve been friends since uni and we reminisced about the times that we would do extra side hustles to make $1-$2 a hour extra while at uni - sometimes $1-2 a day 😂How we would show up to exams without studying at all and have to figure out how to ace itHow we used to save $30-40 on things we managed to wheel and dealThen we both worked in separate jobs making $5 - $10 an hour eachOne summer we both did long 12 hour+ shifts aerating lawns in the height of the summer heat, working together making over $500 each per day. This was essentially door to door sales. In everything we both did, money went to our parents first, and he’s in a single parent household. We both make sure our families are taken care of. We both actually did the same degree (a couple of years apart) and both hold the credentials to walk into a job paying $250k per year no problemYet neither of us needs toI run a successful online business selling digital products and services He runs a successful offline business selling low ticket physical products ($25-50) with little overheads that he started for less than a few hundred dollarsWe both make more than doctors, lawyers, and engineersAll becuase we saw a gap in the market. Those habits and disciplines I mentioned to you at the start of this post are why we were able to do these things in completely unrelated niches. And the reason most people failThe strategies and tactics are secondaryIt’s the mindset and discipline that precedes all.
